My 39th year was a mess. In 2004 I was hit with a diabetes diagnosis, along with advanced heart disease, a gangrenous gall bladder, and a bout with sepsis. While I was outwardly successful in my life, beautiful family and successful business, inwardly my health was a train wreck. I was filled with constant anxiety, just waiting for the end to come.
Yet the adventurer and the engineer in me kept whispering, if only I could understand how my body worked, then maybe, just maybe, I could work with it. There was hope.
I dove into the health sciences as though my life depended on it, because it did. I admit I was shocked when I realized the very things I had been doing to stay alive; the meds, the diets, the exercises; were making the problem worse.
My goal was simple: to get my health back and live a long, fulfilling life free of disease. I created a plan to do just that.
Fast forward and today I am still kicking with more energy, vitality, and stamina than I had even dreamed possible back then. Not only did my discoveries work for me, I have since been blessed to guide thousands of beautiful people in 11 countries on the journey to regain their vital energy and overcome diabetes and other health issues, too.
My simple goals have become my life’s purpose and mission: to STOP the rampage of the fastest growing disease on earth, diabetes.
